When I started Austshamao Services in 2012, it began with a clear mission: to create opportunities and deliver quality workmanship in the construction industry. My inspiration came from recognizing the need for jobs in local communities and the belief that construction could open doors for many people. I had family roots in the industry, and my vision for Austshamao Services has always been grounded in passion, skill, and reliability.
In 2022, a powerful collaboration was formed on the De Kraal project. The success of that venture laid the foundation for an enduring partnership, and in November 2023 this collaboration was formalized with the appointment of a new director, Buzwe.
Together, the partners bring over 20 years of combined experience in the construction sector. Their backgrounds range from hands-on site management to the successful delivery of major projects — complementing the strong foundation Austshamao Services has built since its establishment.

Austshamoa was established in 2012, starting as a small construction company with a clear vision: to deliver exceptional service and high-quality workmanship. From the beginning, the company’s mission was to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Austshamoa’s first major milestone came in 2015, when the company—then a small, developing business founded by young, ambitious Black entrepreneurs—was given the opportunity to undertake civil works for the state.
Since then, Austshamoa has expanded its presence globally, earning a reputation as a small company that delivers on large-scale projects.
Today, Austshamoa operates across the Western Cape, serving a diverse range of clients, including government departments, private developers, and commercial enterprises.
